Frustrating

Sometimes, it is so frustrating to work in an academic medical setting.  At the same time I love where I am and today am truly thankful for the fact that I have thrived in my career here and get to work with incredibly talented people.  It's a little point of pride when I read an article on MSN, Yahoo, or other new sources and see a name of a doctor I work with go across and know that I learn from that person.
