71 years ago a visionary was born. My only hope on his birthday is that a new generation can learn from his message that still rounds strongly around the world today.

Final Episode of Fraggle Rock in three parts:

I Don't Want to Live on the Moon my most favorite SS songs:

Just for fun:

May we all strive to live the lessons that Jim and his Muppet Team (all the puppeteers that worked with him) taught to us.

And Additionally it is also Steve Whitmire's birthday today. He is the man who has made us laugh and love with characters such as Rizzo the Rat, Sprocket the dog, Wembly and many more. In addition he has helped to continue Jim Henson's message by stepping in to provide the voices for both Kermit and Ernie since Jim passed away 17 years ago. Thank you Steve!
