Something to do...

My mom had asked me while we were talking today if I had updated again this week. Of course, at this point I hadn't but thought I would amuse her by giving her something else to read/watch.

And alas, I feel that so far I have nothing interesting to say at this time. I could tell you about all the boring stuff I'm doing... such as working on silly stories to put up on Muppet Central (yes, I am just confirming how strange you all believe me to be) or how karate changed the schedule (wait, I think I've already mentioned this) and I'm getting to go to adult classes. The first one was Tuesday and it went pretty well. We had three black belts in the class, a red belt, myself (green), a purple belt and two white belts. It was a lot of fun and the class went very quickly. I go again tonight.

I could also tell you about the quirky things about me such as pet peeves:
-parking for my job (although that one is not quirky)
-television logos
-laws that are passed to protect people against their own stupidity
-the way television stations replay the same thing over and over
-that 95% of companies you call have automated systems and it takes five minutes to get to a live person
-That when you're calling me to solicit money there is a recording on the other end of the line as opposed to a live person
-having 20+ cash registers in a store and yet only having two open
-staying open 24 hours and yet blocking isles and getting iritated when people actually shop at three and four am
-education... don't ask me to elaborate, trust me on this
-not being able to find addresses for companies I want to contact by mail rather than email
-etc, etc, etc

Needless to say those are what I can think of off the top of my head. I'm a picky person. One day I'll take the time to elaborate of a few of those for you.

In other news, we are still waiting to be contacted by the home builders... frustrating. Chad was even there on Monday and talked to them on by phone Wednesday and still nothing.

Other than that Chad just came off of rotation then I work day shift on Friday and Saturday before having three days off.

That takes care of it for now. I'll talk to you guys on Sunday at the earliest and hopefully have some very fun things to share.

Later!

Hey Mom, remember these:

Okay, I remember most of them, and the one with the beetles becomes irritating very fast! Love, Mom
P.S. Missing you much!
