Random Question
I want to know why it is that when a van/truck/whatever that is company owned is parked, even in a parking space where they are legally parked with no issues, that they put the orange cone behind it? It completely baffles me.

I don’t know if you still have any interest, however… In 2008 you asked about getting Oil Sausages. I just happened to see your post as I (too) was searching for Oil Sausages yesterday. Here is a web site that might help you if you are still interested. This site allows you to order a case from their company:
They call their Oil Sausages “Prairie Belt Smoked Sausages” and they are packed in a yellow can.

Good Luck
My husbands Grandfather talks fondly of getting Oh Boy oil sausage in a yellow can when he was younger - at least into the 1970's I think from what I can piece together of his stories. Now he wants some more and we've been unable to find them in our area at all. Most grocery stores I ask about them looks at me like I have two heads.
My mother-in-law thought that she had found some but alas - they were smoked sausages that she had found (and that we had already attempted to see if they were it).
So, I appeal to you all, is there anywhere that we can get oil sausage? It would make a wonderful Christmas present for him if we could get our hands on some.
